About Us

We work with private and family-owned businesses to improve their bottom line, by identifying where the way people work can be more efficient. This saves time, improves sustainability, and increases profit.

Founded in 2019, ToBe Advisory is a family-owned business. We get it when it comes to the challenges of being ‘too big to be small but too small to be big’, needing to show the future leaders/owners how the business really works, and just needing things to work and work well. Some call it the ‘messy middle’ – we help make it less messy and more profitable.

Michael is passionate about businesses being a force for good in balancing profit with purpose. His business experience includes strategy, finance, technology, transformation and governance, complemented by experience across the corporate, small-medium enterprise, public and not-for-profit sectors. He holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia and Bachelor of Business (majors in Information Management and Finance) from Edith Cowan University.
